Sweet Clover is a Nitrogen fixing legume that grows an extensive root system with a deep tap root greatly improving soil porosity and mining otherwise inaccessible minerals from the deep. Particularly adept at extracting Phosphorus & Potassium. Can grow up to 3’-4’ tall with extensive yellow blossoms attracting pollinators from all around - Honey bees love sweet clover! Very manageable as cover crop in containers and grows well alongside crimson clover & alfalfa. A No-Till must!
